Priya's pack list. The teams Yealink CP965 is designed for small huddle rooms. Check the product photo to verify the case size against your monitor base.

You are trying to fit a Teams speakerphone into a corner desk where every inch of width matters for the monitor. I am looking at the teams Yealink CP965 to see if it clears the screen bezel without forcing you to shift your workspace.

Look at the product photo to judge the physical footprint relative to a standard monitor stand. Note the cable type and length shown to ensure it reaches your USB port without tangling under the desk.

SP96 Conference Speakerphone 26h 16ft Noise Cancel Daisy-Chain USB

Photo from the Amazon listing. Open that page. Listed at $159.00 when this was filed.

The SP96 Conference Speakerphone claims 26 hours of battery life and covers a 16-foot radius, which is critical if you are trying to keep your desk footprint minimal without sacrificing audio reach. It supports daisy-chaining and uses a USB connection, so you need to verify if the cable length allows it to sit behind your monitor without tangling in your tight corner setup.

Look at the product photo to gauge the physical diameter of the unit relative to a standard keyboard. If the device sits directly in front of your screen, it may block your lower field of view, so check if the design allows for a low-profile placement that keeps the monitor bezel clear.

MP54-TEAMS-E2 – PoE – Android 13-4 inch (480 x 800) capacitive…

Photo from the Amazon listing. Open that page. Listed at $198.49 when this was filed.

This MP54-TEAMS-E2 unit features a 4-inch capacitive touch screen with a resolution of 480 x 800 pixels, running on Android 13. Since the power adapter is not included, you must ensure your desk has an accessible outlet or a powered USB-C hub nearby to support the PoE requirement without adding bulky adapters to your limited space.

In the listing image, focus on the depth of the device’s base. A wide footprint can easily encroach on your mouse area, so visually compare the width of the screen housing to your monitor stand to determine if it will force you to push your display further back, potentially causing ergonomic strain in a corner desk configuration.

AX86R Ruggedized WiFi IP Phone – Bluetooth – 5-Way conferencing…

Photo from the Amazon listing. Open that page. Listed at $168.00 when this was filed.

The AX86R is a ruggedized WiFi IP phone that supports 5-way conferencing and can be either wall-mounted or stand-mounted. The inclusion of Bluetooth and a rugged build suggests a device designed for durability, but the physical size of the handset and its stand is the key factor for your desk real estate.

Check the photo for the stand’s base diameter. If you are using the stand mount, ensure the base does not overlap with your keyboard tray or block the bottom edge of your monitor. A wall-mount option might be the only way to keep this device from cluttering a tight corner, so verify the mounting bracket’s clearance requirements.

Amazon Renewed

This listing is for an Amazon Renewed item, which typically means the device has been inspected and tested to work like new. While the specific model details are less explicit in the title, the renewed status implies you are getting a functional unit at a potentially lower cost, which is useful if you want to test a desk setup without a high initial investment.

Since the title does not specify the exact dimensions, you must rely on the product photo to estimate the size. Look for any visible wear or damage in the image, and more importantly, judge the overall bulk of the device. If the photo shows a large, boxy unit, it may dominate a small corner desk, so consider whether a smaller form factor would better preserve your monitor’s visibility.

Color-Screen Expansion Module for T5 Series, IP Phone, Standard…

Photo from the Amazon listing. Open that page. Listed at $99.01 when this was filed.

This is a color-screen expansion module designed for the T5 Series IP phones. It adds a multi-color display to an existing phone system, which is useful for visual cues but adds to the overall height and depth of your desk setup. The module is standard and intended to integrate with specific Yealink models.

In the photo, look at the module’s thickness and how it attaches to the main phone. If it adds significant vertical height, it could block your view of the monitor if the phone is placed directly in front of the screen. Ensure the module’s profile is slim enough to sit low on your desk without obstructing your line of sight to the display.

Yealink T54W IP Phone – Power Adapters Included

Photo from the Amazon listing. Open that page. The price is on the Amazon page.

The Yealink T54W is an IP phone that comes with power adapters included, which simplifies the setup process by reducing the need for extra cables and bricks on your desk. The T54W series is known for its compact design, making it a strong candidate for tight spaces where every inch of desk real estate matters.

Examine the product photo to see the phone’s stand and keypad layout. If the stand is deep, it might push the phone too far forward, blocking the lower part of your monitor. Check if the phone’s width is narrow enough to fit beside your keyboard without forcing you to move your mouse area into an awkward position in your corner desk setup.

Yealink T46U IP Phone – Power Adapters Included – 1 Year…

Photo from the Amazon listing. Open that page. Listed at $160.00 when this was filed.

The Yealink T46U IP phone includes power adapters and comes with a 1-year manufacturer warranty. It is unlocked and can be used with any VoIP provider, offering flexibility in how you integrate it into your workspace. The T46U is a mid-range model that balances features with a manageable physical size.

Look at the photo to assess the phone’s overall footprint, particularly the base and the angle of the screen. A steep screen angle might require more depth on the desk, which could conflict with your monitor’s position. Ensure the phone’s width does not exceed the available space next to your keyboard, as a wider unit could force you to push your monitor further back, reducing your effective workspace.

T31G IP Phone, 2 VoIP Accounts. 2.3-Inch Graphical Display.…

Photo from the Amazon listing. Open that page. Listed at $64.90 when this was filed.

The T31G IP phone features a 2.3-inch graphical display and dual-port Gigabit Ethernet with 802.3af PoE support. The power adapter is not included, so you need to plan for external power or PoE infrastructure. The compact 2.3-inch screen suggests a smaller form factor compared to larger models, which is beneficial for tight desk spaces.

In the listing image, focus on the phone’s base and the placement of the Ethernet ports. If the ports are on the back, you need to ensure there is enough clearance for cables without them tangling around your monitor stand. The small screen size is a plus, but verify that the overall depth of the phone does not block your view of the lower monitor bezel when placed in your corner setup.

WH62 Mono Wireless DECT Headset for IP Phone & PC, Teams Certified

Photo from the Amazon listing. Open that page. Listed at $159.99 when this was filed.

The WH62 is a mono wireless DECT headset certified for Teams, designed for use with IP phones and PCs. Being wireless, it eliminates the need for a headset cable that could clutter your desk, which is a significant advantage in a tight corner setup. The mono design means it is likely lighter and more compact than stereo headsets.

Check the product photo for the size of the headset and its charging base. The base needs to fit on your desk without taking up too much space, so look for a slim profile. Ensure the headset itself is not too bulky, as a large earpiece could be uncomfortable during long calls, and the base should not block your view of the monitor or interfere with your keyboard usage.

T4U Series Expansion Module, 4.3″ 272 x 480-pixel Color Screen…

Photo from the Amazon listing. Open that page. The price is on the Amazon page.

This T4U Series expansion module features a 4.3-inch color screen with 272 x 480 pixels and 20 physical keys with dual-color LEDs. It is designed to add functionality to a base phone, but the larger screen size means it will add to the overall height and width of your desk setup. The physical keys provide tactile feedback, which is useful but adds to the module’s bulk.

In the photo, look at the module’s dimensions relative to a standard phone. The 4.3-inch screen is significantly larger than a basic phone display, so it may block your view of the monitor if placed directly in front. Check if the module’s width is too wide for your desk, as it could force you to move your keyboard or mouse, disrupting your workflow in a tight corner space.
