Evan's spec pass. Measure your monitor's diagonal size and check the listing for the specific width in inches. Match the privacy shade angle to your desk's ambient light conditions.

A monitor privacy screen is a physical fit, not a software toggle. If the width does not match your panel exactly, you will see gaps or have to trim the adhesive, which ruins the privacy effect. This page is about matching the physical dimensions to your specific desk setup.

Look for the exact width in inches on the Amazon listing, not just the diagonal size. You also need to verify the shade level or angle specified in the title to ensure it fits your lighting needs without blocking your view.

The title specifies a 21.5 x 13.0 inch panel, which is the critical dimension to measure against your active display area, not the physical bezel width. Verify your monitor's exact diagonal size falls within the 23-24 inch range listed to ensure the 21.5-inch width covers the screen without leaving unfiltered edges.

Skip this if you require a 16:9 widescreen aspect ratio, as the 21.5 x 13.0 inch dimensions suggest a 16:10 or older 4:3 format that will not align with modern widescreen panels. The lack of a specified aspect ratio in the title is a red flag for 16:9 users who will find the height mismatched.

This listing is labeled for a 24-inch monitor and highlights 9H hardness tempered glass, so you must confirm your panel is exactly 24 inches and not a 23.8-inch variant that might have slightly different bezel clearance. Check the product description for the specific width and height to match your screen's active area, as '24 inch' is a nominal size that varies by manufacturer.

Avoid this if you have a curved monitor, as the title does not mention curvature compatibility and a flat tempered glass sheet will not adhere properly to a curved surface. The 5.0 rating is promising, but the missing dimension details in the title mean you are guessing at the fit rather than measuring it.

The title explicitly states 16:9 aspect ratio and 24-inch size, so you must measure your monitor's diagonal and confirm it is a widescreen format to ensure the filter covers the full display. Verify the exact width and height in the product details to match your specific 24-inch panel, as bezel thickness can affect the required coverage area.

Skip this if you have a curved monitor, as the title mentions 'Curved Computer Monitor' but does not specify the radius, which can lead to gaps at the edges if your curvature is different. The 16:9 specification is a hard requirement, so any 16:10 or 4:3 monitor will not fit this filter correctly.

This is a 2-pack for 24-inch monitors with a 16:9 aspect ratio, so you must confirm your display is exactly 24 inches and widescreen to ensure the hanging mechanism aligns with your bezel. Check the product description for the specific width and height to match your screen's active area, as the 'hanging' design requires precise edge alignment.

Avoid this if you have a 27-inch monitor, as the 24-inch size will leave significant unfiltered areas at the top and bottom. The 16:9 specification is critical, so any non-widescreen format will not fit the hanging tabs correctly.

The title specifies a 27-inch size and 16:9 widescreen format, so you must measure your monitor's diagonal to confirm it is exactly 27 inches and not a 26.5-inch variant. Verify the width and height in the product details to ensure the hanging tabs align with your bezel, as the 'hanging' design requires precise edge clearance.

Skip this if you have a 24-inch monitor, as the 27-inch size will be too large and may obstruct your view or fail to hang correctly. The 16:9 aspect ratio is a hard requirement, so any 16:10 or 4:3 monitor will not fit this filter.

This 2-pack is for 24-inch monitors with a blue light filter, so you must confirm your display is exactly 24 inches and check the product description for the specific width and height to match your screen's active area. The blue light filter is a feature, but the size is the critical fit parameter you must verify.

Avoid this if you have a curved monitor, as the title does not mention curvature compatibility and a flat filter will not adhere properly to a curved surface. The 24-inch size is nominal, so you must measure your actual screen dimensions to ensure a proper fit.

This 2-pack is for 24-inch monitors with an anti-glare filter, so you must confirm your display is exactly 24 inches and check the product description for the specific width and height to match your screen's active area. The anti-glare feature is a benefit, but the size is the critical fit parameter you must verify.

Skip this if you have a 27-inch monitor, as the 24-inch size will leave significant unfiltered areas at the top and bottom. The 24-inch size is nominal, so you must measure your actual screen dimensions to ensure a proper fit.

The title specifies a 13.3-inch size and 16:9 aspect ratio, so you must measure your laptop's diagonal to confirm it is exactly 13.3 inches and not a 13.5-inch variant. Verify the width and height in the product details to ensure the filter covers the full display, as laptop bezels vary significantly by manufacturer.

Avoid this if you have a 14-inch or 15-inch laptop, as the 13.3-inch size will be too small and leave unfiltered edges. The 16:9 aspect ratio is a hard requirement, so any 16:10 or 4:3 laptop will not fit this filter correctly.
