Evan's spec pass. Look for a vertical adjustment range that matches your desk height. Your elbows should sit at 90 degrees while your wrists remain straight.

The desk job here is simple: keep your typing posture neutral. If the armrests sit too low, your shoulders roll forward; if they are too high, your wrists bend upward. I am checking if the mechanism allows enough vertical travel to keep your elbows level with the keyboard surface.

In the product photo, look for the adjustment lever or knob on the armrest base. You need to see a clear vertical track or a gas-lift style mechanism, not just a fixed plastic bracket. This visual cue tells you if the chair can actually move up and down to fit your specific desk height.

The title specifies a grey finish and includes a footrest, which often correlates with a taller chassis that might push the armrests higher than standard office models. This is a key factor if you need to clear a thick desk surface while keeping your forearms parallel to the floor.

Look closely at the side profile in the listing photo to see if the armrests are fixed or have a visible vertical slider mechanism. If the armrests appear attached directly to the seat pan without a height adjustment track, they may not reach the necessary height to keep your elbows level during long typing sessions.

This listing highlights a pocket spring cushion and a big and tall recliner design, suggesting a robust frame that may support heavier armrest assemblies. The emphasis on massage and high back support indicates a premium build where armrest adjustability is often a secondary feature to the backrest mechanics.

Check the product image for the armrest shape; if they are wide, padded wings without a visible lever or knob on the underside, they are likely fixed in position. You need to verify if the static height aligns with your desk surface, as a lack of vertical adjustment will force your shoulders to hunch if the seat is lowered for foot support.

The title identifies this as an office desk computer chair with a pocket spring cushion, positioning it for daily productivity rather than just gaming. The inclusion of swivel and comfort features suggests a focus on long-duration sitting, where armrest height becomes critical for wrist alignment.

In the photo, inspect the connection point between the armrest and the seat. If you see a simple bolted bracket rather than a telescoping tube, the height is fixed. You must ensure this fixed height matches your desk’s edge to prevent your elbows from dropping below the keyboard plane, which causes strain during typing.

Marketed as a big and tall option with lumbar support, this chair is built for larger users who may have longer arms or require a higher seat position. The title’s focus on size and massage features implies a bulkier frame that might limit the range of motion for peripheral components like armrests.

Look at the armrests in the listing image to determine if they are 4D adjustable or fixed. If the armrests are thick and integrated into the side panels without a visible adjustment mechanism, they may not rise high enough to support your elbows if you are sitting at a standard desk height, leading to shoulder elevation.

The title describes this as a high back ergonomic office chair with lumbar support, targeting users who need sustained posture support. The mention of swivel and comfort suggests a design intended for static work environments where armrest stability is a priority over complex adjustability.

Examine the armrests in the photo for any visible adjustment levers or height markers. If the armrests appear to be single-piece units attached to the seat base, they are likely fixed. You need to confirm that this fixed height allows your forearms to rest flat on the keyboard without your shoulders rising, which is essential for preventing upper back fatigue.

This listing is concise, focusing on lumbar support and a black green color scheme. The lack of specific feature calls like 'adjustable armrests' in the title suggests a standard configuration where armrests may be a basic, non-adjustable component.

Check the product photo to see if the armrests have a vertical range of motion. If they are simple, flat pads attached to the sides of the seat, they will not adjust to your desk height. This fixed position may force your elbows to be too low or too high, disrupting the neutral wrist position required for comfortable typing.

The title highlights cat ears, a pocket spring cushion, and massage features, indicating a focus on aesthetic and comfort elements rather than ergonomic precision. The inclusion of ringing accessories suggests a playful design that may prioritize form over functional adjustability.

Look at the armrests in the image to see if they are integrated into the decorative side panels. If there is no visible mechanism for height adjustment, the armrests are fixed. You must ensure this static height complements your desk setup, as a lack of adjustability can lead to poor elbow alignment and increased strain during extended computer use.

The title specifies PU leather, a height-adjustable wide seat, and headrest and lumbar support. The mention of a wide seat and height adjustability suggests a focus on overall body positioning, but it does not explicitly confirm armrest adjustability, which is a separate ergonomic requirement.

Inspect the armrests in the listing photo for any signs of vertical adjustment. If the armrests are fixed to the seat frame, they may not reach the necessary height to keep your elbows level with the keyboard. You need to verify that the armrest height is sufficient to support your forearms without causing shoulder hunching, especially if you are using a higher desk.

This listing emphasizes a high back design with footrest and massage, targeting users who need extensive support for long sessions. The title’s focus on recliner features and pocket spring cushions suggests a premium build, but it does not specify armrest adjustability, which is crucial for typing posture.

Check the product image to see if the armrests have a visible adjustment mechanism. If they are fixed, you must ensure their height aligns with your desk surface to keep your elbows level. A lack of vertical adjustment can force your shoulders to rise, leading to fatigue and discomfort during prolonged computer use.
