Marcus on abuse. A full size massage gun gives you the reach and power to hit your lower back without hunching your shoulder. It is the heavy-duty tool for daily relief, not a travel toy.

You are not buying a toy; you are buying a tool that reaches the lumbar region without forcing your shoulder into a cramp. The page job here is simple: find a full size massage gun that has the mass and motor torque to do the work, so your arm does not have to.

Look at the product photo for the head size and the body length. You want to see a tool that is clearly larger than a handheld mini, with a grip that suggests it will stay in your hand during a long session on a tight lower back.

This AxBerry unit features a detachable extension handle, a critical design element for reaching the lower back and mid-spine without contorting your arm into an awkward, shoulder-straining angle.

Look closely at the photo of the extension handle attachment to verify the locking mechanism; a secure, non-slip connection is vital to prevent the handle from shifting mid-massage, which could cause a sudden loss of leverage.

The Mebak 7 offers five speeds for pain relief, allowing you to start at a lower intensity to warm up the lower back muscles before increasing the power, which helps prevent the shoulder strain associated with forcing a high-speed tool into tight tissue.

Examine the photo for the motor housing and the head interface; a solid, unibody construction is preferable to multi-part assemblies that might flex under the torque required for deep back work.
