BBQ-PLUS Briquette Tray Replacement Parts for Summerset Sizzler…
This replacement tray is sized specifically for the Summerset Sizzler 26-inch and 32-inch models, ensuring the ceramic briquettes sit flush against the burner kit. For a four-hour brisket cook, this exact fit prevents heat pockets that cause uneven searing or flare-ups, which is critical when you are relying on steady gas heat rather than charcoal management.
Check the product photo for the specific burner hole alignment; if the ceramic pieces do not cover the ports shown, you will get direct flame contact. Look for the ceramic texture in the image to confirm it is the heat-diffusing material, not a thin metal sheet that will warp under sustained high heat.

Kalomo 17.8125" Grill Heat Plates Grill Briquette Tray for…
The 17.8125-inch width is the defining spec here, matching the Alfresco ALX2-30C, ALX2-42C, and ALX2-56 series grills. This stainless steel construction with ceramic briquettes is designed to distribute heat evenly across that specific span, which helps maintain the consistent temperature needed for a long brisket cook without the ash cleanup associated with charcoal.
In the listing photo, verify that the ceramic briquettes are fully seated in the tray slots. If you see gaps or loose pieces, they will shift during the cook, creating hot spots. Ensure the stainless steel frame matches the curvature of your Alfresco grill, as a mismatched fit will lead to uneven heat distribution.

Hongso 16.5" Briquette Trays for BBQ Galore Turbo STS Elite…
This 16.5-inch tray is built for the BBQ Galore Turbo STS Elite Classic grills, providing a precise fit for the ceramic briquette setup. The specific dimensions ensure that the heat plate covers the burner area completely, which is essential for avoiding the temperature fluctuations that can ruin a four-hour brisket cook.
Look at the photo to see if the ceramic briquettes are uniform in size and shape. Irregular pieces can leave gaps that allow direct flame to hit the meat, causing charring. Confirm the tray’s depth in the image to ensure it holds the briquettes securely without them spilling out during the cook.

Baquler 100 Pcs Ceramic Briquettes for Gas Grill, Reusable BBQ…
This pack contains 100 reusable ceramic briquettes, giving you enough material to cover a large gas grill burner area. The ceramic material is designed to absorb and radiate heat evenly, which is ideal for the steady, indirect heat required for a four-hour brisket cook without the mess of charcoal ash.
Check the photo for the shape of the briquettes; they should be uniform and sturdy. If they look brittle or cracked, they may break under the weight of the grill grate or during cleaning. Ensure the quantity is sufficient to cover your specific grill size, as gaps will lead to uneven heating.

Mr. Bar-B-Q Ceramic BBQ Briquettes for Gas Grills, 60-Pack
The 60-pack size is a standard quantity for many mid-sized gas grills, providing a full layer of ceramic briquettes to diffuse heat. This setup is designed to replace charcoal, offering a cleaner cooking environment with consistent temperatures, which is crucial for the long, slow cook of a brisket.
In the product image, look for the density of the ceramic material. A solid, dense appearance indicates better heat retention. If the briquettes look porous or thin, they may not hold heat as well, leading to temperature drops during the four-hour cook.

Hongso 7-1/16 Inch Ceramic Flame Tamer for BBQ Galore Grand Turbo…
This 7-1/16-inch flame tamer is specifically designed for the BBQ Galore Grand Turbo grills, featuring ceramic briquettes to manage heat. The small size suggests it is a component for a specific section of the grill, ensuring that the heat is controlled in that area for consistent cooking.
Verify in the photo that the ceramic pieces are intact and not chipped. Cracked ceramic can shatter under heat, creating a safety hazard. Ensure the flame tamer fits snugly in the designated slot, as a loose fit will allow flames to bypass the ceramic and cause flare-ups.

B&B Charcoal Competition Charcoal Briquets Oak & Hickory, 17.6 lb…
This 17.6 lb bag of oak and hickory charcoal briquets is a traditional fuel source, but it requires active management to maintain steady temperatures. For a four-hour brisket cook, you will need to monitor and adjust the vents frequently to avoid temperature spikes, and you will be left with a significant amount of ash to clean out afterward.
Look at the photo to see the size of the briquets; uniform size is important for even burning. However, unlike ceramic briquettes, these will produce ash that can clog the grill grate and affect heat distribution. If you are looking to avoid ash cleanup and ensure steady temps, this is not the ideal choice.

BBQ Future Grill Replacement Parts for Alfresco Gas Grill, Ceramic…
This replacement tray is designed for the Alfresco ALX2-30, ALX2-42, and ALX2-56 series gas grills, featuring ceramic briquettes to diffuse heat. The specific fit ensures that the heat plate covers the burner area, providing the consistent heat needed for a four-hour brisket cook without the mess of charcoal.
Check the photo for the alignment of the ceramic briquettes in the tray. If they are not securely held, they may shift during the cook, creating hot spots. Ensure the tray’s material is sturdy enough to withstand the heat of a long cook without warping.
