Evan's spec pass. Choose this if you need the 11-button layout for MMOs but can handle the 321g weight without wrist fatigue. The heavy scroll wheel and wired design suit tournament play without battery anxiety.

This mouse is for the MMO player who prioritizes the 11-button layout over lightweight ergonomics. You are accepting the 321g weight and heavy scroll wheel to gain access to the extra programmable buttons for complex ability binding.

Look at the product photo to confirm the wired connection and the physical size of the scroll wheel. The listing title should explicitly state the wired nature and the specific model to ensure you are getting the heavy-duty build described.

01 Logitech G502 HERO Wired Gaming Mouse + G Pro X Gaming Headset…

Kind	Logitech G502 Hero
Stars	4.9
Price	$130.05
Page	Open the Amazon listing

This listing pairs the 11-button G502 HERO with the G Pro X headset, a setup that assumes you will sit through long MMO raids where audio and mouse control are equally critical. The wired connection ensures zero latency for the 25K sensor, which is essential when you are tracking multiple targets in a crowded arena.

In the product photo, verify that the headset is the full G Pro X model with the detachable boom, not a lighter variant, as the bundle’s value hinges on that specific audio hardware. Check that the mouse cable is clearly visible as a standard USB-A to USB-B style tether, confirming it is the wired version rather than the Lightspeed wireless unit, which changes the weight and battery considerations entirely.

02 Logitech G502 Hero Wired Gaming Mouse – Black

Price	$37.99

The title specifies the black colorway and wired connectivity, which is the baseline configuration for the 11-button layout. This is the standard issue mouse for players who prioritize the 25K Hero sensor’s precision over the convenience of wireless freedom, accepting the cable as the trade-off for consistent power delivery.

Look at the photo to confirm the weight system is visible on the underside, as the 321g base weight is only manageable if you are using the adjustable weights to balance the grip. Ensure the image shows the standard USB cable, not a braided or extended version, to match the specific SKU you are ordering for your desk setup.

03 Logitech G203 Wired Gaming Mouse – Lilac

Kind	Logitech G502 Hero
Stars	4.6
Price	$29.99
Page	Open the Amazon listing

This listing is for the Logitech G203 in Lilac, a distinct departure from the G502 series in both form factor and button count. The G203 is a lighter, more compact mouse that does not feature the 11-button layout or the adjustable weight system of the G502, making it a different tool for a different hand size or preference.

The photo should clearly show the Lilac color scheme and the smaller, more rounded shape of the G203. Do not confuse this with the G502; the G203 lacks the side thumb buttons and the weight slots, so if you need the 11-button MMO layout, this specific ASIN is the wrong physical object for that job.

04 Logitech G502 Lightspeed Wireless Gaming Mouse, Hero 25K Sensor…

Kind	Logitech G502 Hero

Price	$98.99

The title highlights the Lightspeed wireless technology and the 25,600 DPI capability, offering the same 11-button layout as the wired version but without the tether. This is the choice for players who want the G502’s sensor performance and button count but are willing to manage battery life and the slightly different weight distribution of the wireless chassis.

In the photo, look for the Lightspeed USB dongle included in the package, as this is the critical component for the wireless connection. Verify that the mouse body shows the battery compartment or the specific wireless indicator lights, distinguishing it from the wired models that have a fixed cable port instead.

05 Logitech G502 Hero Special Edition High-Performance Wired Gaming…

Kind	Logitech G502 Hero
Stars	4.6
Price	$52.99
Page	Open the Amazon listing

This is the Special Edition of the G502 Hero, retaining the 25K sensor and 11 programmable buttons but often featuring distinct cosmetic or packaging differences from the standard model. The wired connection and adjustable weight system remain the core functional elements for the 321g base weight management.

Check the photo for any unique design elements or packaging cues that denote the Special Edition status, as these can vary by region or release. Ensure the image clearly shows the standard wired cable and the weight slots, confirming it is the physical G502 chassis and not a limited edition variant with different internal components or weight profiles.

06 Logitech G502 Hero High Performance Wired Gaming Mouse, 25K…

Kind	Logitech G502 Hero
Stars	4.6
Price	$29.99

The title emphasizes the High-Performance designation and the 25K sensor, which is the core of the G502’s appeal for MMO players needing precise control. The 11 programmable buttons and on-board memory are key features that allow for complex macro setups without relying on software during a session.

In the product photo, focus on the side profile to see the thumb buttons and the weight slots, which are the defining physical characteristics of this mouse. Confirm that the cable is a standard wired connection, as this specific ASIN is the wired version, and the photo should not show a wireless dongle or battery indicator that would suggest a different model.

07 Logitech G502 Lightspeed Wireless Gaming Mouse, 25K Hero Gaming…

Kind	Logitech G502 Hero
Stars	4.6

This listing describes the G502 Lightspeed as Ultra-Light, which is a significant deviation from the standard 321g wired model. The wireless nature and potential weight reduction change the handling dynamics, making it a different experience for players who are sensitive to wrist fatigue from heavier mice.

Look at the photo to verify the wireless design and the absence of a fixed cable. The 'Ultra-Light' descriptor in the title is a key differentiator, so the image should reflect a design that may differ in weight distribution or battery placement compared to the standard wired G502 Hero.

08 Logitech G502 Proteus Core Tunable Gaming Mouse, 12,000 DPI…

Kind	Logitech G502 Hero
Stars	4.6
Price	$112.16
Page	Open the Amazon listing

This is the older G502 Proteus Core, featuring a 12,000 DPI sensor and a different weight tuning system with 3.6g weights. It lacks the 25K Hero sensor and the 11-button layout of the newer G502 models, making it a legacy option with different performance characteristics.

The photo should show the older design language of the Proteus Core, including the specific weight slots and button layout. Do not mistake this for the G502 Hero; the Proteus has a different sensor, DPI range, and button configuration, so if you need the 11-button MMO layout with the 25K sensor, this ASIN is the wrong generation for that specific job.
