Marcus on abuse. Measure your shoulder width and check the ball diameter on the Amazon page. Match the surface texture to your skin type to avoid irritation during massage.

A knot in your upper back needs a specific pressure point, not just any round object. I look at the diameter and surface texture to see if the tool fits your anatomy and tolerance.

Check the product photo for the ball's size relative to a hand and note any textured patterns. These visual cues tell you if the lacrosse ball massage tool will fit your specific needs.
