I focus on the wear points that break first: the straps that carry the load and the hinges that hold the structure together. If these fail, the rest of the gear is useless in the field.

Look at the photo for frayed edges on the straps and any play in the hinge mechanism. These visual cues tell you if the item has already taken a hit before you even open the listing.

This volume covers the 2021 NFL draft and 2020 free-agent potential prospects, targeting the 55-man roster limit. The binding is the first failure point; check the spine for cracking before you open it.

Look at the photo for the cover's matte finish. If the edges show white wear or the glue line is separating, the pages will fall out during your first review.

The 2018 Green Bay Packers: Meet the 2018 Green Bay Packers and…

This book features the 2018 Green Bay Packers and supports Multiple Sclerosis awareness. The paper stock is thin, so the pages are prone to tearing at the corners.

Inspect the photo for any yellowing on the page edges. If the spine looks bowed or the cover is peeling, the binding has already failed and the book will not lay flat.

Boss Cowboy 2022 Off-season Dallas Cowboys Guide to the 55: : Both…

This guide lists both 2022 NFL draft and 2022 free-agent potential prospects for the 55-man roster. The cover is a standard paperback, which means the corners are the first to crush.

Check the listing image for the corner condition. If the top right corner is bent or the spine has a visible crease, the structural integrity is compromised.

Boss Cowboy 2023 Off-season Dallas Cowboys Guide to the 55: Both…

This English Edition covers the 2023 NFL draft and 2023 free-agent potential prospects. The print quality on the roster pages is dense, so the ink may bleed through if the paper is cheap.

Look at the photo for the page thickness. If the pages look translucent or the spine is uneven, the book will be difficult to read without the pages sticking together.

Boss Cowboy 2020 Off-season Cowboys Guide to the 53: Both 2020 NFL…

This book details the 2020 NFL draft and 2020 free-agent potential prospects for the 53-man roster. The binding is a simple perfect bind, which is the weakest part of the construction.

Examine the photo for the spine's straightness. If it is curved or the glue is visible, the book will open to the middle and stay there, making it hard to flip through.

This YouTheFan NFL end table has 25 layers and a lighted design. The LED wiring is the component most likely to fail if the solder joints are weak.

Look at the photo for the base stability. If the legs look uneven or the power cord is frayed, the table will wobble and the light may flicker or burn out.

The 2023 Green Bay Packers Complete Offensive Manual

This manual covers the 2023 Green Bay Packers offense. The diagrams are complex, so the paper needs to be sturdy enough to handle frequent flipping.

Inspect the photo for the page corners. If they are curled or the spine is cracked, the book will not stay open to the play diagrams you need to study.

2023 SCORE #341 TUCKER KRAFT NMMT (RC) PACKERS

This is a 2023 SCORE #341 Tucker Kraft NMMT rookie card for the Packers. The card stock is thick, but the edges are vulnerable to chipping if not sleeved.

Check the photo for the card's surface. If there are any white spots or edge wear, the card has already suffered damage that will lower its value.

Marcus on abuse. Inspect the stitching on straps and the pivot points on hinges before use. These are the first parts to fail under heavy load or weather exposure.
