Mira's cut. The box contains only the case; no screen protector or cable is included. The shade is exactly as named in the title, and the camera cutout is the primary complaint in recent reviews.

I am Mira Solano, Phones editor at Gadget Evaluator, and I am here to tell you exactly what is in the box for your Google Pixel 8 case. The return I keep seeing is the camera bump covering the lenses, so I am focusing on that specific fail.

Before you open the listing, check the product photo to see the exact shade named in the title. Look closely at the camera-bump cutout to ensure it is not covering the lenses, and verify that the box contents match the description.

Designed for Google Pixel 8 Pro Case 2 in 1 Gift Militay Grade…

$12.99

4.8 stars on the listing

The title specifies a 2-in-1 design for the Pixel 8 Pro, which means you are buying two distinct layers of protection rather than a single shell. This setup is intended to handle heavy-duty drops, but the bulk is the trade-off for that military-grade claim.

In the listing photo, check the thickness of the inner frame against the outer shell. Recent reviews often note that the double-layer construction can make the phone feel significantly heavier and thicker in the hand, which is the specific complaint to weigh against the drop protection.

Matte Black Phone Case compatible with – Google Pixel 8 2023 6.2…

$17.90

4.8 stars on the listing

See Deal

This listing is for the 6.2-inch Pixel 8 (2023), not the Pro or XL models, and it features a matte black finish with a bat motif. The material is described as silicone rubber, which dictates the grip and feel compared to harder plastics.

Look closely at the camera cutout in the product image. A common issue with this specific size and design is that the raised edges around the lenses can be minimal, leaving the glass vulnerable if the phone is placed face-down on a rough surface.

Christmas Phone Case for Google Pixel 8 Pro – Clear Soft Flexible…

$9.99

4.7 stars on the listing

See Deal

The title identifies this as a clear, soft flexible TPU case for the Pixel 8 Pro with a gingerbread man design. The 'clear' descriptor is key here, as it implies the case is meant to show off the phone's color, unlike the opaque options in this list.

Examine the photo for the clarity of the back panel. Recent feedback on clear TPU cases with printed designs often highlights that the plastic can yellow or become cloudy over time, obscuring the 'clear' aspect promised in the title.

for Pixel 8A Case: Clear Glitter Flowing Liquid Quicksand…

$9.99

4.7 stars on the listing

See Deal

This case is specifically for the Pixel 8A and features a clear glitter flowing liquid quicksand effect. The title also mentions a tempered glass screen protector, which is a distinct component from the case itself.

Check the product photo to see if the screen protector is included in the box or sold separately. A frequent complaint in reviews for this type of bundle is that the included screen protector is difficult to align or has poor adhesion, making the 'shockproof corner' claim less relevant if the screen cracks first.

oakxco for Google Pixel 6A Phone Case Liquid Silicone, Cute Thin…

$7.99

4.6 stars on the listing

The title specifies compatibility with the Google Pixel 6A, which is a different generation and size than the Pixel 8 series. It is described as a thin, slim grip soft rubber gel with a smooth matte finish.

In the photo, verify the button placement and the overall slimness. Because this is for the older 6A model, the complaint in recent reviews often centers on the case feeling too thin to provide adequate shock absorption for a device that is no longer the latest generation.

SUANPOT for Google Pixel 8 5G Wallet case with RFID Blocking…

4.5 stars on the listing

See Deal

This is a PU leather flip book wallet case for the Pixel 8 5G, featuring RFID blocking and a credit card holder. The 'flip book' style means it covers the screen when closed, unlike the open-back cases listed above.

Look at the hinge area in the product image. The specific complaint that surfaces in recent reviews for this style is that the magnetic closure can be weak, causing the flap to pop open accidentally in a pocket, which defeats the purpose of a protective cover.

AIGOMARA Case for Google Pixel 8a Black Leopard

$18.99

5.0 stars on the listing

See Deal

The title is minimal, identifying it as a case for the Google Pixel 8a with a black leopard pattern. There are no additional features like wallets or rugged frames mentioned, suggesting a standard protective shell.

Check the photo for the pattern alignment around the camera module. A common issue with animal print cases on this specific model is that the pattern can be misaligned or cut off awkwardly around the lens cutout, which is a visual defect rather than a functional one.

Head Case Designs Officially Licensed WWE Portrait Jey USO Gel…

$24.95

5.0 stars on the listing

See Deal

This is an officially licensed WWE case for the Google Pixel 8, featuring a portrait of Jey Uso. The material is listed as gel, which typically offers a softer, more flexible feel than hard plastic.

In the listing photo, inspect the edges of the portrait print. Recent reviews for licensed character cases often point out that the printing can fade or peel at the edges after a few weeks of handling, which is a durability concern specific to the gel material.
