Jonah wouldn't reorder this if… Choose a breathable cotton blend over synthetic fleece to prevent overheating during shared sleep. The full size weighted blanket must fit both partners without trapping heat.

I test weighted blankets for couples who wake up sweating, and the fabric matters more than the weight. A synthetic fleece traps body heat, while a breathable cotton blend allows air to circulate during the night.

Look for a full size weighted blanket that lists a cotton or cotton-blend fabric in the product photo. The weave should appear open and breathable, not dense like a fleece, to ensure you do not overheat while sharing the bed.
